Taiwanese 1982 exploitation classic starring Brigitte Lin, Hayo-yi Liu, Hui San Yang, Sally Yeh, Silvia Pang, Sophia Ching and Teresa Tsui as seven deadly Girls (with terrible hair styles) who are fighting agains ninja, nazis and cowboys without missing a single film genre. Even HK super star Jackie Chan has a small guest roll in this monster!

The uncut version of Golden Queens Commando aka Seven Black Heroines is only available on Japanese VHS but a kind soul has uploaded the whole film in ten parts on YouTube. Embedding has been disabled, so head over to the Golden Queens Commando playlist to see the full thing.

Today I came across Neo Action, a series of Japanese action flicks characterized by low budgets, short production time, insane ideas and sometimes an impressive usage of fake blood. In 2008 the Neo Action Double feature consisted of Hard Revenge, Milly and The Masked Girl. The former tells the story of a woman (Miki Mizuno) taking revenge for her murdered husband and child by a curious usage of weapons installed in her right leg. The Masked Girl deals with two school girls who gain super-human powers and save the world from an evil organization called Joker lead by a woman with funky hair.

Starting in May, this year’s double feature will be shown in a selected Japanese cinemas and includes Seishiyuri Kishidan: Super Gore Girl starring AKB48 member Sayaka Akimoto and Goo, the Kung-Fusion Boy with Itsuji Itao. Except for the cast there’s only little information available for these two flicks, but at least there’s already a trailer for us to enjoy. And while the Kung-Fusion half looks kinda lame, the parts where Japanese schoolgirls are firing large-caliber guns kinda make up for that…

Uniform SurviGirl Part I:
17-year-old high school student Sakura Natsume goes to a theme park called “Survival Land” with six of her friends. As they understand it, they’re supposed to equip themselves with weapons and face off against cosplayers dressed as samurai, ninjas, and gunmen. They’re quite nervous at first being around these intiminating men, but since the game hasn’t yet started, they’re at no risk of being attacked. But all of a sudden, one of the men starts attacking another enemy player unexpectedly. Has the game started early? Soon the girls realize that not only are the weapons they’re using actually real, but a mysterious plant is infecting players—causing them to re-awaken as mindless zombies when they’re killed.
Uniform SurviGirl Part II:
Having somehow survived their ordeal at Survival Land days earlier, Sakura, Aoi (Miu Nakamura), and Kanna are taken to a hospital and put in isolation by the government. Aoi feels guilty for all the deaths that occurred because it was her idea to go in the first place, and becomes determined to put a stop to Survival Land once and for all, enlisting the help of her boyfriend Yuhei. Later, she sleeps with Yuhei without knowing he has contracted the zombie infection. Aoi wakes up the next morning with severe abdominal pain and vomiting. It’s clearly a sign of pregnancy, and the zombie baby inside her is growing at a rapid pace. Now the two of them desperately try to find a way to survive, knowing the mysterious plant from Survival Land might be the key to everything.

Zombies oder das angesprochene Gemetzel gibt es allerdings noch nicht zu sehen

Ok, vielleicht ist es ein bisschen unfair Uniform Sabaigaru als Machine Girl Klon abzustrafen, nur weil auf der japanischen Website bisher nur zwei mit Blut beschmierte Mädels in Schuluniform zu sehen sind und eine von ihnen ein benzingetriebenes Gartengerät in der Hand hält, das zusammen mit dem ebenfalls vorhandenen Katana wahrscheinlich die Ursache der ganzen Ferkelei ist. 24fps bietet jedoch eine Übersetzung der Hintergrundgeschichte, die in zwei Filmen erzählt wird, an und es zeigt sich, daß man sich hier doch etwas mehr Gedanken gemacht hat.
Der/Die Film(e) handeln von sieben Zwergen Schulmädchen, die einen Vergnügungspark namens “Survival Land” besuchen und dort, so glauben sie zumindest, nur aus Spaß als Ninjas und Samurai verkleidete Parkangestellte mit allerlei Waffen bekämpfen. Es stellt sich jedoch heraus, daß die Waffen echt und die Angestellten wirklich tot sind…zumindest bis sie als Zombies wiedererweckt werden und den Mädels unter die Röcke wollen. Im Park gefangen müssen die Freundinnen nun gegen die immer größer werdene Horde von Untoten antreten. Als japanischer Kino- oder zumindest Videostart wird der 6. Dezember angegeben, ich bin mal gespannt was da kommen mag.

Update: logboy hat angemerkt, daß Uniform Survival die bessere Übersetzung des Titels ist.
Update²: Laut Cait könnte der Titel aber auch mit Survival Girl(s) übersetzt werden, es bleibt also weiter spannend.
Update³: Uniform SurviGirl ist laut The AV Maniacs ebenfalls im Rennen.

Statt sich nur auf die Oberweiten der drei Hauptdarstellerinnen America Olivo, Erin Cummings und Julia Voth zu konzentrieren, geht der neue Bitch Slap Trailer auch etwas auf die anderen Eigenschaften und Vorzüge der Damen ein, Rababerpalaber…

Drei gut gebaute Mädels (America Olivo, Erin Cummings und Julia Voth) geraten bei dem Versuch einen Großkriminellen um 200 Millionen US$ zu erleichtern an die eigenen und offenbar auch an die Grenzen ihrer Oberteile. Während der Plan ins Chaos abdriftet, die Damen sich immer mehr Konkurrenz und am Ende auch sich selbst gegenüberstehen, wird anhand von Flashbacksequenzen, welche Memento-like in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ablaufen, die Hintergründe der ganzen Aktion erzählt.

Sieht bisher ganz spaßig aus, was Regisseur Rick Jacobson du zu Weihnachten in die Kinos bringen will. Den zahlreichen Postern zufolge kann man sich auch noch auf jede Menge abgedrehter Charaktere (Lucy ‘Xena’ Lawless als Nonne?!) freuen, wobei ein Großteil der Darsteller bisher “nur” in TV Serien zu sehen waren.

“Bitch Slap” is a post-modern, thinking man’s throwback to the “B” Movie/Exploitation films of the 1950′s – 70′s as well as a loving, sly parody of the same. Inspired by the likes of “Dragstrip Girls,” “Faster Pussycat, Kill, Kill,” “Kung Fu Nun” and the pantheon of Blacksploitation films, “Bitch Slap” will mix girls, guns, outrageous action and jaw-dropping visuals with a message… don’t be naughty!
