Leserservice: Umzugsaktion: Scarface Deluxe Gift Set

Gothics, Lolitas & Parasols: English subtitled Trailer for Gothic & Lolita Psycho

I guess the school girl theme has already been worn out to the limit, so our Japanese gore friends decided to pick another fetish nice for their next project as you can see in this English subtitled trailer for Go Ohara’s (Geisha vs. Ninjas) Gothic & Lolita Psycho.
Yoshihiro Nishimura (Tokyo Gore Police, The Ancient Dogoo Girl, RoboGeisha, Vampire Girl vs. Frankenstein Girl etc.) will take care of the thriftless use of fake blood spraying from all kind of open wounds…

Synopsis via Nippon Cinema:

Yuki (Gravure Idol Rina Akiyama) is a girl who lives at home in peace, until one day a unit of assassins breaks in and slaughters her mother.

In order to reveal the truth behind the seemingly senseless murder, Yuki transforms herself into a demon of vengeance by donning gothic lolita clothing, wielding a parasol as a deadly weapon, and executing the guilty in the name of God.

Evangelion 2.22: You Can (Not) Advance: HK Blu-ray Disc and DVD with English subtitles

About a week before the Japanese Blu-ray Disc release of Evangelion 2.22: You Can (Not) Advance hits the shelves, Asia Video announces a little present for us Japanese-impaired Evangelion fans. According to YesAsia.com, the Hong Kong based distributor will release the film on Blu-ray Disc and DVD with English subtitles in two editions on June 25th. Next to the standard edition (DVD) which looks a lot like the Japanese release, there will also be a limited Edition (DVD) with some goodies…an Evangelion shopping bag and something Google just can’t translate.

The Blu-ray Disc editions will include the original Japanese 2.0 and 6.1 track and the Cantonese dub in 2.0, the used audio codec isn’t mentioned. Traditional Chinese subtitles are also listed, let’s hope Asia Video won’t make the same mistake as Panasia Films with their 20th Century Boys Blu-ray Disc releases. All editions are listed as Region A/Region 3.
