Amanatsu: Trailer for Kamikaze Doug’s CG Anime Short

Japanese animation studio Kamikaze Douga (co-producers of Namie Amuros ‘Dr.’ music video) has release a first trailer for CG Anime short film Amanatsu. The short will be available in the Japanese iTunes store along with another short at the end of April.
Amanatsu is set in a near future, 20 years after the so called energy wars and environmental disasters, humans are living under an energy dome that is sustained by the gigantic Amon perpetual motion machine. In this world, Amane, the 14-year old daughter of the Amon machine inventor has grown up with a robot named Amanatsu and decides to take her mechanic friend to a journey to see the origin of the Amon machine and maybe the end of the/their world…

    Weniger technisch – aber stilistisch ein großer Fortschritt auch zu Appleseed & Co – und darauf kommt es meiner Meinung nach drauf an! :wink:
