Cencoroll: New trailer for the long lost anime from Atsuya Uki
Yessss! Finally some new footage from Atsuya Uki’s long forgotten Cencoroll that was produced as a part of the Anime Innovation Tokyo project. The last thing I’ve heard about this one was during TAF2007(!) when the first promo clip hit the net that caused some severe damage to my young brain that couldn’t understand why wales with wings and jet engines would fly through Tokyo city to impress young schoolgirls.
The new trailer, captured yesterday during the TAF2009 shows some more footage which isn’t quiet as detailed and mind-blowing as the promo clip but it’s good to see that somebody who has some money to spend gave Uki a little bonus so he can continue his work. The official website for Cencoroll has been (re?)opened on March 18th, but there’s not much to see except for the old TAF2007 footage.
