Small update on Eden of the East, the latest cooperation between Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Moribito director Kenji Kamiyama and animation studio Production I.G.
The March Issue of the Japanese Newtype Magazine has a small article about a theatrical Eden of the East film that will open after the Japanese airing of the TV series which will start in April.
It’s still unclear if the film will continue the serie’s story as a sequel or will only be some kind of (the usual anime) compilation.
