Genius Party Beyond: Japanese Limited Edition DVD Box

Fetch your reading glasses, kids! The Japanese limited edition of Studio 4°C’s anime omnibus Genius Party Beyond includes not one, but two storyboard books (one for Genius Party and once for Genius Party Beyond) with almost 600 pages per piece and a 120 page interview booklet named “Project Genius – The Making Book”. Also included in the box are three DVDs with the 82 minutes long main features, a making of and 100 minutes of interviews with the directors. As usually, English subtitles won’t be included when this babe hits the Japanese shelves on March 20th, 2009.

Check out this trailer/music video from Japanese singer Tamurpan and ask yourself if this release is worth ￥11,970 anyway. ;)

    Arg, keine englischen Untertitel. Das ist bitter :/

    Wie schaut das aus mit dem Versand von amazon Japan aus? Die Packung ist dort ja wesentlich günstiger, hebt sich das mit den Versandkosten wieder auf oder geht das überhaupt nach Deutschland?

    Ich wart auf den Packen schon ewig, habs immer noch nicht hinbekommen drei der Genius Party Beyond Filme zu sehen.

    Amazon bietet nur Express-Lieferung an, kostet für DVDs 2700 + weitere 300 Yen für jede DVD:

    Das sind zur Zeit ~25€. Marketplace kostet nur 800Yen, aber 99% der Händler verschicken nicht international. Yesasia oder cdjapan sind üblicherweise moderater mit den Versandkosten.

    hmm …anybody can tell me how can i get my hands on one copy ?

    only place i found it is on Studio 4 C site and i rrrealy don t speak japaneeze.
