Bandai Visual hat die ersten Bilder seiner ersten Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Blu-ray Disc Box veröffentlicht und ich könnt schon wieder ins Essen kotzen!
Während die Blu-ray Box mit den Laughing Man und Individual Eleven Zusammenfassungen sowie Solid State Society grottenhässlich war aber englische Untertitel an Bord hatte, bringt BV hier am 29. August über Honneamise ein echtes Schmuckstück ohne englische Untertitel.
Die englische Synchro ist komischerweise aber wieder mit an Bord (wenn auch nur in DD 5.1), das übliche Lizenzgezettere dürfte also diesmal nicht der Grund für den bedauernswerten Untertitelmangel sein. Wahrscheinlich hasst Bandai Visual mich einfach und will meine Kohle nicht…

Die andere sieht in der Tat…sagen wir hässlich aus.
Warum man nicht grundsätzlich bei solchen Veröffentlichungen auf O-Ton mit engl. Subs zurückgreift, erschließt isch mir auch nicht ganz.

Aber ne, auch wenn der Dub überdurchschnittlich gut ist, ohne Subs geht nix. Angesichts der Tatasache dass japanische DVD/BR sündhaft teuer sind, frag ich mich warum sie die nicht grundsätzlich mit englischen Untertiteln versehen und region free machen. Ist ja nicht so dass sie die lokalisierten Fassungen in der restlichen Welt teurer verkaufen könnten und ihnen somit Geld durch die Lappen ginge.

Kann man doch eigentlich nur hoffen das noch ein EU/DE Release mit Jap DUB und Eng SUB rauskommt oder?!

Lösung: kauf dir beide, tausch den inhalt & laer die hässliche Box, samt blöden scheiben im keller
